Nat Sanders Educator of the Year Award

Presented to an individual who has made the most significant contributions to, and exemplified leadership and service in, real estate education at either the local, state or national level. This award is voted on by the KREEF Trustees and awarded during the annual convention.

2013 Nat Sanders Education Award

Mike Gooch, a broker and auctioneer in Lexington, Kentucky and instructor and designer of various real estate courses for both the state and local associations, was named the 2013 Nat Sanders Education Award. Gooch is an instructor for the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute program through KREEF, a certified instructor for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and a motivational speaker at several events across the country. This award, created to honor Nat Sanders, former executive vice president of the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS®, is designed to recognize an individual who has made the most significant contributions to, and exemplified leadership and service in, real estate education at either the local, state or national level.
