The Kentucky Association of REALTORS®’ Legislative & Business Meeting is your premier opportunity to:
> Meet & greet your state leaders
> Share your REALTOR® concerns directly with legislators
> Support legislation & issues important to real estate in Kentucky
> Ensure policymakers hear your REALTOR® voice
> Increase the influence & clout of REALTORS® throughout Kentucky
This annual gathering features a who’s who in the political arena ... from elected officials to regulators to representatives from the Democrat and Republican parties. The three-day event offers you the opportunity to gain insights into what’s happening in the State House. REALTOR® members will be available to meet personally with elected officials. You will also be involved in discussions and decision making on how KAR evolves throughout the year by attending committee meetings and information sessions. You’ll also have the chance to participate in a special legislative reception to meet and greet the lawmakers from your region.
The meetings are open to all REALTORS® who wish to attend.

Room rates are $86/night per room or $175/night per suite. Mention KAR and call (502.227.5100) before January 22 and receive the special room rate. Secondary hotels are available including Best Western - $71.99 (502.695.6111) and Hampton Inn - $99 (502.223.7600). Cut-off dates are January 31. Other hotels include Fairfield Inn (502.695.8881) and Holiday Inn Express (877.863.4780). Call for rates and availability.
