For technical support:

Part A (60 hours): RECampus, the company that hosts the 60 hour online course, provides technical support for students who have questions or problems with their web browser or the technical side of the course.  Technical support hours are:  Monday-Friday, 8AM to 9PM and Saturday-Sunday, 8AM to 7PM Central Time.  If you experience ANY technical difficulties, your first call should be to the RECampus technical support hotline at:  888-213-5124 or REtechsupport@dearborn.com. Technical support is also available to discuss the requirements necessary to run the online course on your computer.
 

Part B (36 hours): Learning Library, the company that hosts the 36 hour online course, provides technical support for students who have questions or problems with their web browser or the technical side of the course.  Technical support hours are:  Monday-Friday, 9AM to 9PM and Saturday-Sunday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time.  If you experience ANY technical difficulties, your first call should be to the Learning Library technical support hotline at:  877-762-9322 or support@learninglibrary.com. Technical support is also available to discuss the requirements necessary to run the online course on your computer.
